Grain Elevator Digital Twin

A historic Louisville grain elevator, rebuilt in 3D from a single automated drone flight: 432 RTK-tagged images aligned in Agisoft Metashape into a 9.6-million-face textured model at 1.6 cm/pixel ground resolution. One capture, a full product stack — the 360° orbit and interactive model above, a true orthomosaic at 3 cm/pixel, facade elevations from both sides, and texture sharp enough to read broken windows and rusted ductwork. The sample report and orthomosaic in the sidebar are the actual deliverables. Undersides, interiors, and vegetation-hidden surfaces remain capture-limited, and no independent survey control was applied — honest limitations are part of the deliverable.
